Abby wins Gold at Counties

Who's the fastest 14 year old, female 800m swimmer in Staffordshire? Walsall's own Abby Shepherd, that's who.

She took gold at the Staffs County Long Distance Championships this weekend in the 14yrs 800m.

And she only missed out on the overall age group podium by a few metres too.
