Abby Shepherd Stars at County Champs

Abby Shepherd will be feeling golden this week after walking away from the Staffs ASA County Championships last weekend.

She took gold in the 13 yrs 50m and 100m backstroke and was less and half a second from matching the result in the 200m Backstroke too. She also won silver in the 200m free and the 200 IM.

Excellent swims also from Alicia Dingle in the 15 yrs 200m free and Luke Skelding in the 15 yrs 200m Breaststroke
